loved our recent stay in rome. santamaggiore was a pleasant surprise. convenient location near train station and main sites. thoughtful perks and helpful staff made us feel relaxed and taken care of. definitely recommend it.

Breakfast option missing.

Atmospheric and huge rooms with coffee, a kitchen and double glazed windows. Hypo-allergenic pillows, good bed. Location adjacent to the main train station and the main sights and the colosseum.

The room was very spacious and had an espresso machine, the location was great and convenient, and the staff were professional and friendly.

Comfortable bed, very large and charming room with city view, excellent location in a lovely neighborhood near attractions and public transport.

Clean rooms with surprise breakfast pastries and shared kitchen with complimentary snacks. Luggage storage available after check-out. a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Newly updated with thoughtful details like hooks and outlets. Fresh pastry delivered in the morning, along with water and yogurt in the fridge. Over the door AC unit controls temperature. Great view of street, trees, and lights. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location near restaurants and shopping. Efficient and friendly cleaning ladies. Spacious and nice room with good facilities. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this great hotel for a few days and it was perfect for both my travel purpose and for tourists too. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to all the tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. I loved the little touches like the free coffee capsules, juices, and cakes in the room. There was also a fantastic bakery just 2 minutes away for breakfast options.

The newly updated guest house had everything I needed as a budget traveler, with thoughtful details such as hooks on the walls and numerous outlets. the over the door AC unit was a lifesaver during the heat wave. the location was incredibly convenient for both train and foot travel, with the train station and tram stops just a short walk away. I was able to explore the main tourist sites, including the Colosseum, on foot. the mini kitchenette and nearby grocery shop allowed me to have a ready-made breakfast in the morning before beating the crowds. the guest house also had a shared kitchen where I could get my espresso fix. a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Rome.

The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to access various parts of the city. the staff at the front desk were very helpful and provided us with maps and recommendations for getting around. the room we stayed in was newly renovated and clean, which was a pleasant surprise.

the area surrounding the hotel felt a bit suspicious and we didn't feel entirely safe walking around at night. we felt that the value for money was not great and that we could have found a better option closer to the shopping and restaurant areas with a similar price range.
